Bbq Meatballs

Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Sauce

  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce

Procedure

  1. Preheat oven to 400 °F
  2. In a large bowl, mix together all meat ingredients until combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a foil lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Mix together honey and BBQ sauce and drizzle mixture over meatballs when done.
