Crispy Oven BBQ chicken
Sweeter than your Mama.
Ingredients
Chicken
- 2 ½ lbs chicken drumsticks
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Sauce
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Procedure
- Preheat oven 425 °F
- Dry drumsticks. Drizzle with olive oil in large bowl. Add spices and toss to coat evenly.
- Place drumsticks on foil covered baking sheet. And bake for 30 minutes. Turn after 15 minutes unless you want it to cook funky (optional).
- Brush drumsticks with “homemade” BBQ sauce when done.
