Chicken Tikka Masala

A meal for two that scales well

Ingredients

Procedure

  1. Marinate chicken in yogurt and spices.
  2. Fry the chicken until browned and set aside.
  3. Fry onions until soft, add spices, add tomato paste. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens and changes color.
  4. Stir the cream and sugar into the sauce.
  5. Add chicken back in the pan and cook for 10 minutes longer. Serve with rice.
