Simple blueberry pie.
Ingredients

1 Pie Crust
- 3 cups of fresh blueberries.
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- ⅔ cup sugar
- 4 tablespoons flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- zest of 1 lemon (optional)
Procedure
- Preheat oven to 400 °F.
- Press pie crust into pie tin. Pour the blueberries into the unbaked shell.
- Whisk the remaining ingredients together. Pour the mix over the berries.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes. Let pie cool completely and then chill in fridge or freezer. Best served cold.
