Mix steak ingredients together. Shape into 4-5 patties. Fry in 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat for 6-8 minutes. Flip and cook for another 6-8 minutes. Remove from pan.
Saute mushrooms and onion until golden brown. Stir in butter and flour. Add beef stock and simmer until thickened. Stir in heavy cream, ketchup, worcestershire sauce and dijon mustard.
Add steak to pan and spoon over gravy.
Serve topped with chopped parsley with mashed potatoes and biscuits.

Ingredients
Steak
1 ½ lb ground beef
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
½ cup breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon mustard powder
salt and pepper to taste
Gravy
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, finely chopped
