Ingredients
Dough
8 ounces (1 cup) butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 ½ vanilla extract
2 ¼ cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
Cinnamon Sugar Topping
¼ cup sugar
1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Procedure
Preheat oven to 350 °F. Spray a 9x13” glass pan.
Cream butter and sugar. Mix in eggs and vanilla extract. Mix in flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt until just combined.
Pour into 9x13 and spread into an even layer.
Make cinnamon sugar topping and sprinkle over batter.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the bars are lightly browned and set.
